🐛 Repair templates broken by the directory teardown

Brakeman's parser caught three views with orphaned markup left by the block removals — the admin dashboard's reports card, the admin user page's comments/reports sections (plus a dead @comments query), and the profile page's bookmarks tail — all of which would 500 when rendered. Removed the dangling fragments; Brakeman and RuboCop are both clean.
